The announcement of a $200 million dollar investment in the Ontario Shipbuilding Grant Program is a welcome commitment that would propel Ontario’s marine industry to a level of National prominence, a necessary outcome for increasing Canada’s defence spending and stimulating Ontario’s industrial manufacturing economy.
